In daily life, all of us will encounter moments of transition from one situation to another. These situations encourage us to adapt to be able to survive. Especially when graduating from high school to enter university life. Starting university will require us to face lots of new challenges such as a more independent lifestyle, meeting new people, building relationships, academic tasks, demands, etc.
This course is developed for senior high school students and university students to be able to improve their mental health and cope with the stressors during their study. After completing this module, we hope students can obtain the knowledge of how to live independently and adapt to a new environment, acquire knowledge and skills about stress and how to manage stress, and acquire knowledge about mental health problems and how to find help.
